Golden Dream at Chesterwood was a site-specific construction placed in view of the house, gardens, and walking trails. The design of the piece combined the lattice details dominating the exterior of the main house and gardens, and the forms, structures, and textures in the surrounding woods. The objective was to create a transition between the designed order of the house, grounds, and the woodsy trails, while emphasizing observations of the architecture, landscaping, and natural surroundings.
